DOMESTIC ORDERS
We ship through well-reputed and trusted couriers service providers i.e Delhivery, FedEx & Blue dart courier services through out India. This is our way of ensuring that our products not only reach you on time, but also, in perfect condition.
We Provide Cash On Delivery Service on all the domestic orders & Offer Free Shipping on all the domestic orders.
Depending on the location, all the orders are likely to be delivered to you within 5-7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
ORDERING FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF THE INDIA
We ship all the international orders through DHL & FedEx. We charge an extra amount for shipping charges for International orders which may vary widely from country to country.
International orders are usually delivered within 7-10 business days of the order placement.
Depending on the value of your order, your Dapper Head package may or may not be charged customs or import duties. If your package is charged, it is up to the person receiving the parcel to cover these costs. Unfortunately, these charges are out of Dapper Head hands, and may vary from country to country, so we're unable to predict what your particular charges may be. For more accurate information, we would suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you're not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
RETURNS

It is our earnest effort to deliver the best quality product.
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 10 days RETURN & EXCHANGE policy at Dapper Head. You can return any unworn/unused product for a credit coupon, within 10 days from the date of delivery. This coupon can be used for a future purchase within 60 days. on www.dapperhead.com
Credit value will be for the full value of products returned.
Please note that the product must be unworn/unused.

- Custom made products, items that have been altered or used in any way.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN (How do i return a product ?)
- Please make sure that the returned products are packed safely and securely to prevent any damage or loss in transit.
- Once the return product is packed safely, you will have to fill a return request form, which you will find at the bottom of our website (RETURNS). After submitting a return request, within 12 hours our team member will contact you and guide you on the pick up of your return which will be done in next 24 hours after the submission of return request.
- Once your return is received, the product will go through a quality check process. This is subject to your return having met the requirement of being unused and returned within 10 days.
- Please allow a maximum of 10-15 days to complete the return process.
WHAT ARE THE CONDITIONS ?
- Return can be only made within 10 days from the receipt of the order at your end.
WILL YOU REFUND THE MONEY ?
-We only offer a store credit that can be used for future purchase. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, all sales are final.
